I completely agree with your statements about L2.0 and user level. I really don't think L2.0 is all about &lt;i&gt;new&lt;/i&gt; technology but about whatever technology works for bringing library workers and patrons together. Just because we can play with synthesizers doesn't mean we throw out the acoustic guitars. We jam with whatever we can get our hands on.</description>
