I knew I should have read Gorman’s President section in American Libraries this weekend when I was flipping through it. Of course, I could not have read the entire column anyway as I have trouble sustaining my reading through complex texts.

    Yup, big difference between “clicking and surfing” and figuring out new and better ways to serve our patrons, at least in my opinion.

    And that’s coming from an admittedly luddite library-oriented librarian.
