Actually it was like this:
Leonardo - leader
Michelangelo - goof off, muscle
Donatello - the brain
Raphael - the "anti-hero" according to wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teenage_Mutant_Ninja_Turtles

I had a professor for senior design that would automatically take off points whenever we would use the phrase "in order to". I don't know what his problem with it was because I always liked to use that. Our team even had one cycle of review where one person would go through and just search for that phrase. It was amazing how many times we found it even though we tried not to use it. Anyways, now I am scared to use it in any of my writing.

And I thought Donatello was the leader and that Leonardo was the tech guy, creating and fixing everything.

Hey, I like loonies. They are the ones who taught me how to embrace the chaos. Once you do that, everything else is easy. And this comes from the guy at the opposite end of your spectrum on styles. Who says you can't have it all? Sadly, what you point out is very true. Some librarians are just not meant to be teachers (or in public services for that matter). It was one of the things I was thinking about before I headed to Immersion myself because more often than not we either figure out a way to include them or work around them. I prefer the going around approach. Anyhow, I am gradually "unpacking" what I learned, so it must be time to take the pebble off the master's hand and start on the next step of the journey.

By the way, I do have a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle in my workstation at the library. Leonardo the leader, to remind of a few things. Best, and keep on blogging.
