		<description>That listening tip is such a great reminder! I have an aunt that I hardly ever see, but always think fondly of and a lot of it has to do with how actively she listens. You always feel like she really cares about the conversation and never like she's just waiting for her turn to talk.</description>

		<description>Nicely done. Compassion for new (to you, at least) managers is a great point. They not only have to learn the culture of the organization, but they have to figure *you* out as well.</description>
