You totally epitomize the spirit of what it's all about. To be honest, when I found out that I had been nominated I didn't care too much. (OK, I actively resisted.) I do what I do because I love my job, and I find awards and recognitions a little embarrassing and beside the point. When I found out I had been selected and saw your name in the cc list (hey LJ, a BCC might help prevent leaks), my attitude immediately changed from indifference to one of feeling honored that I was going to be in the same issue as you. 100% true.
