And it has been a while since I have looked at one of the books so you will have to forgive me if I am wrong. But I believe a character with an intelligience of 8 has to be able to speak so I think you are a little high with that number. But a charisma of only 10!? Look at that face! That should be much higher. He definitely has lots of charisma. I hate to admit that I know this.
