I grew up in West Texas and saw snow maybe four or five times as a kid. I always wanted it to snow more. Now I live outside Chicago. It is a dream come true!

I thought that I would enjoy the snow alot more than I have here in Canada. I appreciate that in Houston its a novelty and I laughed at your description of Texans reveling in it. I kind of forgot about everything that you need to do in relation to snow, like shovelling, and window scraping.... Mind you I did get to buy some cute boots. I hope that you all are enjoying your first Christmas together. I think about you guys often, Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.
